Plumber

The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is seeking full-time Plumber who will be responsible for:

• To carry out complete allocated job requests daily.
• To carry out scheduled planned and preventative maintenance.
• To check kitchen drainage daily plus grease traps and dosage of system with any chemicals required. Be aware of COSHH when using chemicals and use protective clothing provided.
• Replace any damaged or broken or toilet pans wash hand basins and toilet cisterns etc.
• Replace Bathroom silicon, tiles, Respatex.
• Install any new plumbing work as required. To comply with any water by the law.
• Frequently check external drainage and roof gullies for any blockages.
