Popular Hotel - Bath JWR is recruiting for a Reservations & Groups Manager to lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences for a leading, volume driven hotel in the heart of Bath. You will support in driving group revenue bookings in excess of £1m pa.

Salary / Package:

  • Salary from £32,000 + 15% annual bonus
  • 32 days holiday
  • 40-hour contract
  • Meals on duty
  • Park & Ride bus tickets reimbursed
  • Discounts across the group

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Reservations team, ensuring high performance and upholding brand standards.
  • Monitor guest feedback across various platforms and implement improvements.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members while fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
  • Drive revenue through effective sales strategies and account management.
  • Act as Duty Manager, representing the General Manager when required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in reservations within 4* hospitality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS systems.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
  • Knowledge of local markets and hotel financial metrics.
