As a Sushi Prep Chef you will assist in maintaining the highest level of standards in the kitchen and assisting with the preparation of all dishes. Your tasks as Sushi Prep Chef will include but will not be limited to:
- Having good sushi knowledge with a genuine interest in learning and developing your skills.
- Having a passion for quality food and knowledge of Asian produce.
- Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen and adhering to all health and safety requirements.
- Ensure you develop a comprehensive understanding of the full menu offering.
- Assist with the preparation of dishes; ensuring your work is always delivered to the highest standard.
- To be responsible for completing your mis en place.
