New Product Development Manager – Premium to Luxury Skincare

Location: Greater London (3 days in the office)

Salary: £48,000 – £50,000 + Private Medical Cover + Discount on all Products

Are you passionate about developing innovative skincare products and bringing luxury formulations to life? We’re seeking an experienced New Product Development (NPD) Manager to join a premium skincare brand, leading exciting projects from concept to launch.

The Role:

As an NPD Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of this high-end skincare brand. Your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-End Product Development: Managing the full NPD process, from ideation and formulation to packaging and launch.
• Market & Trend Analysis: Researching industry trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to drive innovative product concepts.
• Supplier & Manufacturer Collaboration: Working closely with labs, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to develop premium formulations that meet brand standards.
• Project Management: Overseeing timelines, budgets, and critical paths to ensure seamless product launches.
• Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensuring all formulations and packaging adhere to regulatory standards for key markets.
• Sustainability & Innovation: Championing sustainability initiatives and sourcing high-quality, effective ingredients.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to bring new products to market successfully.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in NPD within the skincare or beauty industry (premium/luxury sector preferred).
• Strong knowledge of formulations, ingredients, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple launches.
• A creative and strategic mindset, passionate about skincare innovation.
• Ability to work on-site in Greater London for 3 days per week.
