A major central government organisation is seeking an SC cleared Senior Reporting Specialist to join them on an initial 12-month contract.
Essential:
- A high degree of familiarity and knowledge of MS Excel and the Office suite, including Power BI.
- A working knowledge of reporting functionality within ServiceNow, including basic knowledge of Performance Analytics module.
- Ability to 'dot walk' within ServiceNow native reporting environment, create dashboards and share them with users.
- Proactive in gathering, evaluating and analysing information and evidence from a range of sources to support strategic change.
- Have an open-minded, scientific, sceptical approach to determining causes of failures and poor performance.
- Ability to seamlessly integrate with existing 3rd-party supplier relationships.
- Communication skills - effective in gathering reporting requirements and communicating outcomes to technical and non-technical users.
