Primary SEN Teaching Assistant Job Description NextGen Teachers are currently looking for an Primary SEN Teaching Assistant based in the Bradford area. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate about making a difference on children’s lives, particularly those with special educational needs. Requirements: Previous experience working with SEN children Strong communication to be able to liaise with colleagues and parents A passion for educating and supporting children in their growth and development is crucial for success in this role Roles: Provide individualised support to children with Special Educational Needs Collaborate with parents and other professionals to create tailored educational plans that promote learning and development. Implement strategies to enhance communication skills among children, adapting techniques to suit individual needs. Monitor and document the progress of each child, providing feedback to parents and team members regularly.
