Essential:
- A high degree of familiarity and knowledge of MS Excel and the Office suite, including Power BI.
- A working knowledge of reporting functionality within ServiceNow, including basic knowledge of the Performance Analytics module.
- Ability to 'dot walk' within ServiceNow native reporting environment, create dashboards, and share them with users.
