Reports to: Group Finance Business Partner
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week (8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

Business Analytics & Reporting – Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics related to production, waste, and sales data. Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, helping to drive informed business decisions.
Costing & Pricing – Create and manage complex costing models to support pricing strategies. Perform detailed cost analysis to optimise profitability and regularly update standard costings to reflect accurate financial data.
Financial Planning & Analysis – Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes. Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for any deviations from budgeted figures, ensuring financial stability and efficiency.
Accounting & Month-End Responsibilities – Handle reconciliations, prepare journal entries, and support internal controls. Assist in the preparation of financial and management reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor\’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Good interpersonal skills are essential; the ideal candidate will be required to communicate regularly with personnel at all levels in the company.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently on multiple projects/tasks at one time.
Understanding of financial statements, costing principles, and budgeting/forecasting.
Proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools and ERP systems is a big plus.
Ability to build effective working relations within all areas of the business, as well as deal with suppliers and customers in a professional manner.
