We’re expanding our Systems team at Octopus Electric Vehicles!
We’re looking for a Systems Analyst to join on a 12 month FTC basis to cover maternity leave, to join our growing tech team and support our fast-paced systems landscape.
You’ll be supporting our business and ensuring that we remain fully-operational while working with various teams and SaaS suppliers to expand our capabilities and develop creative solutions to business challenges and opportunities to improve our service.
What you’ll do
- Take an active role in owning, investigating and resolving technical issues
- Manage the access, rights and permissions of our systems
- Support the enhancement, development and testing of our systems and applications
- Ensure our systems are kept up to date with appropriate version management
- Support in creating and maintaining the documentation of our systems landscape
- Work with our suppliers to optimise system usage and ensure we’re making best-possible use of the tools we have available
What you’ll need
- A background in system analysis, technical maintenance or support functions
- Knowledge of and prior experience working with Jaama’s Key2 system
- Knowledge of SaaS products and how to support them is crucial
- Experience with asset finance management systems, order management, and invoicing
- Familiarity with tools like Pipedrive, Intercom, Slack, Google Workspace, and Zapier is advantageous
- Knowledge of JSON would be useful
- Experience in the automotive leasing industry would be great but not needed
- A methodical approach to work with the ability to prioritise your workload
- An ability to communicate effectively with those who don’t have a technical background in order to understand their needs and requirements effectively
- A positive, can-do attitude where you know that every issue has a potential solution
- An interest in the latest technologies and technical solutions available
