As we continue to grow, we\’re looking for a Biddable Manager with a solid background in PPC and Paid Social to join our performance team.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of paid media campaigns across a portfolio of eCommerce clients – planning, executing and optimising strategies that drive traffic, sales and ROI. You’ll be comfortable across both search and social platforms, with a strong understanding of eCommerce dynamics and digital performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimise multi-channel paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Manage budgets effectively to hit client KPIs and maximise ROAS
- Analyse performance data and deliver actionable insights through clear reporting
- Collaborate with creative, CRO, and strategy teams to align campaign messaging and landing experiences
- Build strong relationships with clients, presenting results and recommendations with confidence
- Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates, proactively testing new approaches
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ hands-on experience in PPC and Paid Social, ideally within an agency or eCommerce-focused role
- Proven success managing performance-led campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
- Confident in data analysis, with experience using GA4, Looker Studio, or similar tools
- Comfortable working across multiple accounts and managing competing priorities
- Strong communication skills, both internally and with clients
- A curious mindset with a passion for continuous testing and learning
Nice to Have
- Experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest, or other emerging paid media platforms
- Understanding of product feeds and tools like Feedonomics or GMC
- Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento
- Knowledge of attribution modelling and conversion tracking setups
