We are eager to speak to experienced Company Secretaries who are looking for a new opportunity to join an established and respected firm in Edinburgh. The firm acts on behalf of a variety of private individuals, managing complex financial and legal affairs.
Ideally, you will have experience within a similar role, providing an effective and comprehensive service to many entities daily. This is a fantastic role for an individual who is eager to develop their skills further within a company secretary role, and who is to join an established and leading firm in Edinburgh City Centre!
This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, following a hybrid working model. The salary for this role is up to £40,000 p/a.

What is the day to day like?
- Dealing with Companies House administration daily, submitting confirmation statements and dormant accounts
- Ensuring all statutory books and registers are maintained
- Drafting board minutes and completing basic company administration
- Dealing with the incorporation of companies and registered office mail
- Providing high-quality service to both internal and external parties
- Working to set targets and deadlines daily
