Job Description
IntaPeople are happy to be working with a Design & Manufacturer of monitoring system equipment, who're looking to onboard a Mid-Senior level Electronics Engineer.
Main Tasks:
- Leading the development and innovation process, taking responsibility for designing and prototyping electronic components for products.
- Developing and testing solutions to address technical issues, ensuring high product quality.
- Identifying and recommending improvements to enhance technical performance.
- Understanding, compiling, and managing the flow of customer requirements for hardware design, coordinating between internal teams and external suppliers.
- Conducting acceptance activities for products provided by external suppliers.
- Overseeing the qualification, testing, and requirements management aspects of physical design, including electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and radio performance.
- Creating product documentation and maintaining existing designs and drawings (such as schematics, BOMs, PCBs, cables, etc.).
- Conducting feasibility studies for new technical innovations, attending meetings, writing reports, and delivering presentations to both management and clients.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in analogue and digital hardware design.
- Educated to Degree level in Electronics Engineering (or similar).
- Analogue and digital design (microcontrollers, low power, high-speed, designing for low cost/high volume etc.).
- PCB Layout & Design (Altium).
- Embedded firmware – Embedded C (desirable).
- Modelling and analytical skills
- Design experience with microcontrollers such as ARM
