Role of a domiciliary carer:
- Provide personalised care and support to individuals in their own homes, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Assist service users in their personal hygiene requirements following their individual plan of care.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as an HCA or support worker, must have a minimum of 3 months plus in healthcare industry.
- Effective communication skills.
- Must have an adult DBS within a year old.
- A DBS on the update service is desirable.
- Must be a driver.
