Are you an experienced Financial Advisor, seeking an employed job, based from home with quality leads and existing clients provided covering Plymouth? This is a unique opportunity to join a highly respected IFA firm who are continually improving their client proposition and feature in the industry press for their success.
The business typically is able to provide you with an existing client bank to takeover servicing, either from an internal change or a retiring Adviser. Your goal is to understand your clients' current and future goals and design easy to understand strategies matching their objectives.
Alongside servicing the clients provided, you should look to convert business opportunities provided to you from their company marketing initiatives. Plus, you should build the portfolio through undertaking proactive activities yourself, including asking for referrals, networking and utilising social media.
You will deliver advice to clients through a mixture of in-person at the clients' home or business premises, virtually by Microsoft Teams or in one of the company's regional offices.
Financial Advisor Requirements- You should be a Level 4 Diploma qualified Financial Advisor with CAS status for financial planning advice.
- Our client is happy to consider individuals relatively early in their advising career, through to highly experienced.
- You should have a proven, demonstrable track record in being able to convert business opportunities.
- Individuals close to Chartered status would be preferred.
Their Independent Financial Advisors receive complete support with specialist Administrators, Paraplanners, Compliance Managers! As the research, report writing, client investment management reviews are all undertaken for you, you will have more time to spend with clients.
Training and DevelopmentTheir Financial Advisors have access to in-house training programmes and support towards becoming a Chartered Financial Planner.
Financial Advisor Benefits- Salary of £50,000 - £75,000 subject to experience and qualifications.
- Plus, IFAs will receive holiday pay, phone, laptop and bonus structure to enable excellent OTE.
- Home based role with travel to meet clients in person and use of their regional offices if preferred.
