Key Responsibilities:
  • Valuations for all rural property types - inheritance and taxation, tax planning, family and partnerships, acquisition and sale, tenant right and stocktaking.
  • Compulsory Purchase and Compensation claims relating to road schemes, electricity and water utilities, as well as Part 1 Claims.
  • Strategic Rural/Agri-Business advice.
  • Consultancy to include Environmental Land Management.
  • Renewable Energy, and other emerging opportunities.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation of skills and experience, including:
  • At least 3 years of post-qualification experience and CAAV accreditation (or working towards).
  • RICS qualification.
  • A good understanding of the local property market and rural landscape.
  • Ability to manage workloads efficiently, meet deadlines, and deliver a high standard of service.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with clients, the team and other professionals.
  • A high level of accuracy and professionalism.
