We are looking for professional people who have experience in business management to join our team of Pro-actions Advisers. Could you help us support more SME owners to ensure they get the best from their business?
Due to an increase in demand in existing areas we have new opportunities in Essex, Kent, Sussex and Dorset.
There is an opportunity for those who are capable of moving into a management role after a short period of induction/training. You will then have the opportunity to build a team of Advisers as an Area Director.
Our Advisers work closely with business owners to improve their commercial skills. We are hands-on in our approach - ready to not only guide business owners but get stuck in and help if needed.
As an Area Director your role will be to recruit the best people and help them to become the best Advisor they can be.
