This role is 100% remote so the successful candidate will need to be disciplined and motivated.
Job Purpose
- Recruit accountants at all levels within accountancy firms.
- Nurture relationships with candidates and maintain regular contact so that Public Practice Recruitment Ltd remains their trusted recruitment partner at every stage of the process.
- Maintain and develop trusted relationships with clients by acting as the point of call for all their recruitment needs.
- Work alongside the wider team to develop and enhance the profile of the business in this niche sector.
- Offer an enhanced level of internal and external communication.
- Support colleagues where applicable.
- Business development within your allocated region.
Employee Benefits
- £35,000 - £50,000 per annum.
- Permanent, full-time, and fully remote working role.
- Unlimited monthly commission scheme plus discretionary bonus (realistic OTE of c.£100k+ p/a).

Desirable Skillset
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in finance or accountancy recruitment.
- Experience recruiting into public practice is desirable but not essential.
- An excellent work ethic.
- Resilience.
- An awareness of current affairs and the confidence to discuss them with senior leaders.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills, both verbal and written.
- Right to work in the UK.
