We are seeking a motivated and experienced Electrical Manager to join our team. This role involves managing small projects, supervising electricians, and ensuring projects meet specifications, timeframes, and client expectations within the Social Housing/Property Maintenance industry.
Day-to-Day Duties:
- Lead and manage projects, surveys, and a team of electricians.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely project completion.
- Document progress and report to management.
- Plan and coordinate works, handling variations and delays.
- Manage materials, deliveries, and compliance with specifications.
- Supervise and motivate staff, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare RAMS, toolbox talks, and required documentation.
- Verify project certifications and maintain accurate records.
- Build strong client and team relationships, ensuring quality results.
Minimum Requirements:
- 18th Edition City & Guilds & NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
- Inspection & Testing (2391 or equivalent) certification.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and compliance.
- Experience in fault finding, testing, and quality inspections.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & technology.
- Valid driver's license.
