Location: Manchester/London Country: UK Rate: Negotiable Flint Technology Services is looking for Huawei Performance Engineer for a 3 months rolling contract to be based either in London or Manchester: Responsibilities: Perform validation of key feature sets, peak and sustained throughput & latency validation, E2E performance optimization, and parameter configurations. Providing support to RAN Engineers on configuration or troubleshooting issues. Communicate internally and externally to clients and teams. Your areas of knowledge and expertise: Extensive 4G/LTE, 5G RAN & O-RAN testing experience. Solid working knowledge of 4/5G Radio Access Network technology. Extensive recent experience in RAN & O-RAN system integration. Strong end-to-end RAN knowledge with a focus on 4/5G, RAN Technologies (vRAN, Small Cells, MIMO, Timing and Sync with GPS, PTP). Understanding of 3GPP standards, including procedures, call flows, KPI, statistics. End-to-end testing in all areas – IMS calls (eNodeB). Analysing and diagnosing main RF Issues like Dropped calls, Blocked calls, Handover Failures, Interference, RACH failures, etc. Good experience in analysing the Core Network elements issues. #J-18808-Ljbffr
