Overall aim of the role is to carry out After Sales / Service support duties, across the UK, working with a variety of agricultural / farming business, plus the dealer network, giving technical advice, guidance on the end using clients service plans, as well as demonstrating tractors to potential end using clients., * Proactively work with both dealers and sales staff to enhance customer loyalty through providing service support on farm and at the dealership.

Provide engaging training to individuals and groups on the whole range of Tractor Unit products plus associated technology (GPS etc.)

Promote the use of our technology products to dealers and provide training as required

Undertake machinery installations with dealers if required

Build customer relationships for long term benefit and profile raising of company brand, using coaching and training techniques

Attend exhibitions and shows on the stand and represent the company with a professional image at all times

Undertake demonstrations as required

Continually update your knowledge with regards to company products and keep up to date with industry developments and trends

You must have proven agricultural tractor / associated machinery experience within a tractor dealership or manufacturer

Service / After Sales experience in an Agri business

You must be happy to cover the whole of the UK

Knowledge of service repairs & service level agreements

Strong diagnostic / fault finding skills

Ability to train others in the use of the tractors & tractor tech

Strong technical knowledge of tractors (in cab & externally)
