Hoop Nursing & Healthcare is recruiting for compassionate Senior Healthcare Assistants to deliver high-quality care and support in the Bridgend area, working closely with our healthcare team. Hoop Nursing & Healthcare is a leading provider of high-quality healthcare staffing solutions, committed to delivering exceptional care to our clients across various healthcare settings. Responsibilities * Assist with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and mobility. * Administer medication and monitor patient health. * Support nursing staff with clinical duties. * Develop and implement individualised care plans. * Assist other healthcare assistants. * Maintain accurate patient records. * Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
