As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, so you must be able to communicate effectively with them and understand their needs in order to efficiently support them.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with customer complaints and enquiries.
- Effectively resolve any issues and provide solutions to the customer.
- Liaising via telephone and email.
- Updating systems with notes and action points.
- Manage complaints and prevent escalations.
- Liaise with various parts of the business.
Experience:
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Key skills in Microsoft packages (Outlook & Teams).
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work under your own initiative.
- Good attendance and time management skills.

Schedule: 40 hours per week, working any 5 over 7 days, 9am-7pm. Own transport is required as there are no public transport links on a Sunday.
Pay: £13.10 per hour
