As a Partner Assurance Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in showcasing our governance, risk, and compliance capabilities, highlighting them as a key differentiator to inspire confidence amongst our funders and partners. Your work will help ensure we maintain our reputation as the UK's leading free and independent debt advice provider, delivering societal impact and exceptional client outcomes.

This role can be based at either our Leeds Office, or one of our other sites (Birmingham, Cardiff, Chester, Newcastle, Glasgow or London). We offer generous hybrid working, with the opportunity for significant homeworking supported by occasional travel to the office you will be based at.

Your role: Step into a dynamic and impactful role as our Partner Assurance Specialist, where you'll champion our governance, risk, and compliance capabilities to inspire confidence among funders and partners. From creating compelling materials that highlight our capabilities and commitment to clients, to coordinating and refining responses to partner and funder queries, you'll play a central role in contributing to realising our strategic vision.

You’ll provide vital assurance on funding schemes, ensuring commitments are met in collaboration with the Growth and Innovation Team, all while promoting transparency and accountability. Additionally, you’ll contribute to funding bids by offering expert input and constructive feedback, enhancing their impact and competitiveness. With responsibilities that include developing processes, maintaining meticulous records, and supporting the wider Governance and Legal team, this role is integral to our mission of delivering meaningful client outcomes and societal impact.

If you have a strong ethical drive, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders, you can thrive in this role. While prior experience in assurance activities, policy writing, or working with charities or financial services is advantageous, it's not essential.
