Location: Cheltenham

Contract (Outside IR35): £500 to £600 per day

Permanent: £70k to £90k per annum

We are partnering with a key client who is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee their Cross Domain Service. Our client is open to both contractor and permanent employee for this role. Due to the exciting nature of the role and the projects you will be working on, you must hold an active UK*C DV Clearance to be eligible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers supporting the cross-domain system.
  • Oversee incident management and problem resolution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of updates and continuous service improvement.
  • Provide regular service reports and monitor SLA/KPI adherence.
  • Act as an escalation point for customers and support project delivery.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in managed service provision to public sector clients.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (ITIL, ISO 20000) and SIAM.
