As Hardware Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a small but growing team of experienced engineers working across high-speed digital design, board development, and system integration. You'll oversee the development of complex, high-performance embedded hardware systems—driving projects from concept through prototyping, testing, and into deployment.
We’re looking for someone who’s excited to get stuck into technical challenges while also setting direction, mentoring engineers, and coordinating across disciplines. What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in high-speed digital hardware design for complex embedded systems
- Strong background in schematic capture, PCB layout (multi-layer), and system-level integration
- Experience leading hardware development projects and mentoring engineers
- Familiarity with signal integrity, power integrity, and bring-up/debug of digital systems
- Comfortable working across teams including firmware, systems, and mechanical
- Space industry experience is not required—but curiosity, adaptability, and a builder’s mindset are.
