Carbon60 is currently seeking a talented Design Structures Authoriser to join one of our main Aviation partners dynamic team in Broughton. As the Design Structures Authoriser, you will play a crucial role in providing engineering solutions and technical support to the company's manufacturing operations.

The Design Structures Authoriser will be responsible for leading design investigations and formulating technical solutions for a range of tasks, including modifications to the Type Design, Design / Works Query Notes, and flow modifications. You will ensure that all design, airworthiness, and safety requirements are met, liaising with other functions to deliver fully integrated design solutions.

As the Design Structures Authoriser, you will operate with an industry-recognised design authorisation signatory, acting as a strong focal point in providing guidance on technical issues and governance. You will lead the structural design process to help ensure an optimised design, and support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives to increase team efficiency through methods, process, and other capability improvements.
