What you’ll do:
- Create scroll-stopping visuals for paid ads (static and video), social media, web, display platforms.
- Turn ideas into compelling visual concepts that tell stories, sell products, and build brands.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and creatives to ensure every campaign hits the sweet spot.
- Optimise your designs for engagement: test, iterate, and refine based on performance data.
- Stay on top of design trends and bring fresh energy into every brief.
The skills we’re after:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
- Experience with Figma
- Understanding of video editing platforms (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar – a bonus!)
- Ability to work at speed without compromising on quality
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
