The Role

As a Residential Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing the legal aspects of property transactions, ensuring due diligence, risk assessments, and compliance with all regulations. You will work within a collaborative team that values high standards of client care while also allowing for flexibility in working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling all legal matters related to property transactions.
• Advising clients on contracts, finances, and the conveyancing process.
• Ensuring compliance with due diligence and risk assessments.
• Maintaining case management workflows and key stages.
• Providing expert legal guidance while maintaining excellent client communication.

What You’ll Need:

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with legal technology.
• A commitment to high-quality client service and a keen eye for detail.
