Want to be part of our growth? Are you passionate about the delivery of excellent dental services, the launch, and the successful running of a dental practice? We are looking for a Practice Manager for Damira Dental Studios Practice in our New Ryde practice in Isle of Wight.

Address of the Practice: Old Bank, 8 High Street, Ryde, Isle of Wight (Central Ryde)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week flexible between Monday – Friday

Salary: £40,000 plus. We would be open to seeing exceptional candidates for salaries that are a little higher than this. Negotiable depending on experience.

The role of Practice Manager at Ryde dental practice in Isle of Wight is an exciting role providing NHS and private dental services in our 14-surgery practice. This will be a new 14-chair practice to set up and recruit for!

Our Practice Managers are really valued in the company and are responsible for the clinical compliance, the resourcing of the practice and the delivery of NHS and private dental services. The Practice Manager is fully supported by a Senior Area Manager, an area Compliance Officer and the Support Office based in Pinner, HA5. We invest in our management team. Training is provided and we have regional monthly meetings with all the Practice Managers as well as quarterly Practice Manager meetings across the company to share ideas, complete training and most importantly award our Practice Manager of the quarter award!

What are we looking for?

  • Experience of dental practice management is a must
  • Being able to work well alone, but equally a team member, able to drive and initiate private revenue too
  • Experience of managing an NHS contract
  • CQC compliance
  • Line management experience
  • GDC registered manager (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent presentation, reliable and supportive

Full training and ongoing support will be provided. This role would suit someone who is a Dental Practice Manager ideally someone who wants that progression or step up from a Deputy Dental Practice Manager.
