We are looking for a Delivery Driver to join the Frontier team, based at Braintree, on a full-time, fixed-term basis for 6 months. There is the potential that this role could become permanent, depending on the success of the fixed-term contract and the needs of the business.
You will be delivering a range of agriculture products to farmers in the Essex region outside the M25 area; to assist in the delivery of high standards of safety, quality and operations whilst being a part of a team that operates with integrity and accountability while delivering a high standard of customer service.

About You
- Good communicator with the ability to consult with all team members and site management team
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines whilst maintaining Frontier’s ICE values
- Adapts quickly and successfully to accommodate changing business and customer needs, whilst providing a responsive customer focussed service
- Works to accommodate the seasonal nature of Frontier’s business
- Adopts a customer first mindset while ensuring that compliance is maintained at all times that where relevant all internal procedures are adhered to at all times
- The ability to work collaboratively with others and to work without supervision
- A full UK driving license + Category C driving licence
- ADR & CPC (can be provided for the right candidate)
Your Role
- Correctly delivering a range of agricultural products to farm (manual handling will be required)
- Working with our office and stores teams to pick and plan delivery routes
- Conducting vehicle checks
- Maintaining high standards of customer service whilst being the face of the company
- A strong focus on Health and Safety
- Assisting in all site’s operational areas outside of peak times
- Ensuring vehicle documentation is completed as per company guidelines
- Achieving vehicle empathy targets as set by Fleet services
