The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our partnership with SAP within the UK & Ireland, ensuring optimal performance, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance our relationship. This role will be part of the Partner Office and will report directly to the Chief Partner Officer. Duties/Responsibilities: SAP Relationship Management: Develop and maintain a strong relationship with SAP to ensure mutual success. This will include attending Partner focused events at SAP office locations. Performance Monitoring: Monitor SAP’s performance against agreed-upon metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or disputes with SAP in a timely and effective manner. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that align with company goals and maximize the SAP partnership. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and developments in the SAP ecosystem to identify new opportunities. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on SAP’s performance and relationship status to senior stakeholders within NTT DATA Business Solutions. Required Skills/Abilities: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business Management, or a related field. • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in partner management, ideally within the SAP ecosystem. Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with SAP.
