London West, Brentford Renault London West is looking for an experienced motor retail Used Car Sales Manager to join our dealership's Used Car Sales department in Brentford, TW8. Renault Retail Group is a national network of automotive dealerships representing the brands Renault, Dacia, Nissan and Alpine. We are Renault's largest dealer group selling 1 in every 5 Renault in the UK and we are 100% owned by Renault.

The Used Car Sales Manager position will involve management of London West's highly successful Used Car sales team and respective processes. Products include used and nearly-new cars from the entire range of Renault, Nissan and Dacia vehicles, including passenger cars, electric vehicles, LCVs, performance-tuned variants as well as approved used cars from other makes and manufacturers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a management-level candidate to join a manufacturer-owned group.

As our Used Car Sales Manager, you will:

  • Manage all aspects of the processes for used car sales according to budgets, company standards and Group targets
  • Manage and develop the team comprising 4 Used Car Sales Executives and 1 Business Manager
  • Manage the Business Manager and the F&I, add-on sales and the customer second-facing processes
  • Stock and vehicle age management
  • Dealership presentation, display and local marketing
  • Regular weekly reports to direct management and monthly performance presentation at regional business reviews
  • Achieve pre-determined targets on sales, customer satisfaction/recommendation and profit

For this role you will be/have:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK and hold a full valid UK Driving License
  • Employed as a Motor Retail Sales Manager
  • A proven track record in exceeding targets

In return we offer our Used Car Sales Manager a basic salary of £45,900 pa, bonus scheme (OTE £75,735 pa), tax-efficient company car, business mileage reimbursement and mobile phone.
