The Role
You will be at the heart of a busy and expanding team. The role focuses on advising on all aspects of wills, probate, estate administration and trusts, acting for a range of clients, including HNW individuals and business owners. Your expertise will be key in delivering exceptional service to clients, while your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will set you apart. This role offers a great opportunity to build on your skills and work on complex and varied cases in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Requirements
- A min of 6 years PQE with strong technical expertise in private client matters.
- STEP qualified.
- Experience in deputyship and court of protection is advantageous - not essential.
- A collaborative team member with a proactive mindset, confidently managing your own caseload while representing a diverse client base.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
