Our client is a leader in the beauty industry, offering top-tier skincare, makeup, and wellness products. We are looking for a results-driven and highly motivated Business Manager to oversee the success of our clients' beauty counters. In this role, you will lead a team, drive sales, manage daily operations, and ensure the counter meets business objectives. If you have a passion for beauty, excellent leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and exceed targets. Maximise revenue through effective promotions and customer engagement.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and train a team of beauty advisors to achieve performance goals, provide excellent customer service, and grow professionally.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service and provide personalised beauty consultations to drive brand loyalty and repeat business.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, product stocking, and visual merchandising to maintain a high-performing counter.
  • Business Analytics: Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and report on business results. Adjust strategies as needed to optimise performance and meet targets.
  • Merchandising & Branding: Ensure product displays are aligned with brand guidelines and the beauty counter is consistently appealing and organised.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with store management, marketing, and other departments to implement promotions, events, and initiatives that enhance business performance.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of retail management or business management experience, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving business targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive business decisions.
  • Passionate about beauty products, trends, and customer experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
