OUR OFFER:
- Highly competitive salary up to £17.21/h + Tronc point
- Full time role (45h/week)
- 2 consecutive days off per week, 2 double and 3 single shifts

YOUR MISSION:
- Team management: in coordination with the Bar Manager, communicate and delegate duties, coach and support the team during the service, ensure that briefings and handovers are carried out for each shift. Support recruitment and assure a complete induction of new team members. Lead training programs and ensure a development plan for each team member.
- Guest Service: ensure the correct standards and methods are maintained by all the team members, monitor feedbacks, agree and implement actions to continuously improve guest experience and satisfaction.
- Menu Change: assist the Bar Manager on the changing menu process (drink cost, cocktails menu creations, team training).
- Health & Safety: be aware of the legal requirements and ensure the respect of the H&S procedures from every team member.
- Stock orders and inventory: participate to the monthly inventory, in line with the F&B standards.
