About Us
We are working with a well-established joinery workshop in Swansea, crafting bespoke furniture, kitchens, doors, and fittings for residential clients. With a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship, we are looking for a motivated Joiner's mate to join a skilled team and learn the trade from the best.
The Role
- Learn the fundamentals of joinery, including measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing woodwork
- Work alongside experienced joiners in our fully equipped workshop
- Assist in manufacturing bespoke joinery products such as kitchens, doors, staircases, and cabinets.
- Develop skills in using hand tools and machinery safely and effectively
- Gain valuable on-the-job experience while working towards a relevant qualification
