THE ROLE
As Finance Administrator you will provide day to day administrative support in a timely and efficient manner in line with business requirements and company quality and business procedures.

- Timesheet Administration
- Finance and Office Administration
- Travel Administration
- Purchase Order Support
- Sales Invoicing Support
- Provide high quality and timely administrative support to colleagues
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Checking, inputting & importing, and reconciling weekly time and attendance data received from regional sites
- Liaising with Payroll
- Office administration and maintaining office supplies
- Travel sourcing and booking
- Raising purchase orders, requisitions and reviewing invoices on hold for UK business as required
- Supporting with Sales Invoicing as required
- Support for annual leave / peak work periods for the wider team
- Working calm whilst under pressure and delivering efficiently on deadlines
- Communicating efficiently and clearly
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
- The role involves working closely with sites, HR, Payroll and Finance on all payroll related matters
- All Finance members – site based and UK wide
- Site Managers, and Site appointed contacts with responsibility for requisitions and purchasing
EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
- Past experience working in a Finance Administration / Support role within a busy, fast-paced environment
- Exposure to timesheet and travel administration
- Purchase Order and Sales Invoicing support
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task efficiently.
- IT skills - MS Office including Excel
