What You Will Do:
- You will play an integral role as part of a small, yet highly productive team, establishing strong working relationships with customers, as well as UK and international colleagues.
- Travelling extensively from a home base in the UK, you will be responsible for an account portfolio which includes some household name food production manufacturers.
- Providing technical support, especially regarding production issues, you will be key in maintaining and developing customer relationships and developing the business.
- Through a planned programme of contact/site visits and by responding promptly when issues emerge, you will build strong partnerships with your clients.
What You Will Have:
- Solid technical background, ideally within food and/or packaging.
- Strong interpersonal skills, being both persuasive and assertive.
- Methodical and logical with an ability to provide solutions.
- Strong mathematic, written English and IT skills, with demonstrable experience of Microsoft applications.
- Highly organised, disciplined, and able to maintain high standards while unsupervised.
- In possession of a strong work and flexible travel ethic.
