We are looking for an Auditor within our Quality Team, to strengthen and support the internal audits, ensuring each home is meeting our overall aims and objectives and standards as well as all regulatory requirements.
You will support the homes to deliver the highest possible care and support to help achieve our Vision to be the Home of Choice, Employer of Choice and be safe and secure in each area.
You will be undertaking quality assurance audits daily and in accordance with the regulations of the Health & Social Care Act and CQC requirements, providing detailed feedback and moving forward with actions.
You will need to be organised, have attention to detail and be prepared to coach and engage with care home management teams.
You will be travelling throughout our network of Care Homes throughout the South East, so being a car driver is essential.
