Job Description: Working as part of a team, the Transport Operations Manager will be responsible for planning and management of an international fleet, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of events and tours while maintaining high standards of service.
Applicants will need to:
- Have National and International experience in Road Transport Operation.
- Hold a National and International CPC.
- Have strong practical knowledge in Logistics Transport/Fleet with demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Have a detailed understanding of relevant legislation, policy, and processes in all matters relating to international transport operations.
- Show interest in continuous development and understanding of current best practices.
- Be able to work as part of a fast-paced and dynamic team.
- Manage strong collaborative working relationships and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders at various levels, with the confidence to challenge and influence.
- Have commercial understanding to ensure all operations are executed efficiently and cost-effectively, ensuring healthy business performance while maintaining driver welfare and client relationships.
