About the Role:
As the Director of Water Services (Regional), you will be an integral part of the Water Services Leadership Team, reporting to the Managing Director of Water Services. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Water Services in your regional area, leading and developing teams to meet key strategic priorities:
- Water quality and resilience

Through strong, visible leadership, you will ensure exceptional operational performance, drive health and safety excellence, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

- Safety & Compliance: Ensure a strong safety culture, reducing risks and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Asset Operations & Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and operation of assets, ensuring network resilience, compliance, and efficiency while maintaining asset health.
- Customer Operations: Work closely with Customer Strategy & Operations teams to ensure customer-centric decision-making and service excellence.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, industry bodies, and community representatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive standardisation of operational and maintenance processes, championing efficiency and innovation.
- Crisis Management: Provide leadership during high-severity operational incidents, ensuring swift resolution and mitigation.
