The predicted salary is between 32000 - 35000 £ per year.
Property manager in South East London with a salary of £32,000 to £35,000 depending on experience. The role will be half new file administration and half maintenance. MUST HAVE experience in property management.
Working hours are 8:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday in the office, plus every other Saturday 10:00 until 14:00, which is paid for in addition to the basic salary. This adds around another £2500 to the salary.
The role will include:
- All administration for new files and completing maintenance issues.
- Adding the new file to the CRM system.
- Applying for references and credit checks.
- Right to rent checks.
- Drawing up all necessary paperwork such as offer forms and tenancy agreements.
- Arranging inventories, cleaning, and conditions of offer.
- Phone cover.
- Creating and sending move-in packs.
- Notifying utility companies.
- Maintenance - assist the maintenance coordinator using the system Fixflo, to include arranging quotes and work. Some high-value work will require signing off.
- Property visits - around 3 per week.
We use Qube sales and lettings, so any knowledge of that is advantageous, but training will be given on that and Fixflo.
