- Managing a busy depot overseeing fleet operations, staff, and customer service.
- Developing business identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships.
- Leading the team recruiting, training, and ensuring health & safety compliance.
- Overseeing fleet & workshop management ensuring all vehicles are maintained, compliant, and ready to roll.
- Optimizing processes streamlining operations to enhance efficiency and profitability.
