Our client is seeking a HR Assistant to join the team on a temporary basis. You will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and providing administrative support to the office. 30 hours per week, 1 day working from home.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Basic payroll processing, managing timesheets.
- Producing letters and correspondence.
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Previous experience in an HR support role or administration.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
