One of our clients, a leading Facilities Maintenance provider, is looking for a Plumbing Biased Building Services Technician to work within a High-Profile Building in London WC1 with an immediate start.
- Essential Experience
- Temporary position for 2 weeks +
- You must be client focused, to work Monday - Friday 08.00-17.00
- Technically Qualified, apprentice trained with relevant City & Guilds or equivalent.
- Able to carry out sprinkler tests.
- Repairs and maintenance to plant and equipment associated with a high-profile building.
- Covering PPM's & reactive works
- Minor installation, hot & cold-water faults etc.
Immediate start for right applicant.
Pay Rate: £23.00-24.00/hr
