Our Client is a top 100 Law Firm based in modern offices in Southampton. This is the Leasehold Enfranchisement team who provide expert legal services to clients navigating complex leasehold matters, including lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, and right to manage claims. With extensive experience in leasehold reform law, the team guides clients through intricate legal processes, anticipating potential challenges to ensure smooth and efficient outcomes.

They work with a diverse range of clients, including private leaseholders, residents associations, and groups of tenants seeking to extend their leases or collectively purchase their buildings freehold. They also advise landlords, institutional lenders, and property investors, offering strategic guidance to national and regional housebuilders, developers, landowners, and charities. The team provides tailored legal support to help clients understand their rights and obligations, ensuring compliance with leasehold legislation and achieving the best possible outcomes.

Core duties will include:
