For this role you will lead the weekly filming, post-production and daily circulation of the companies YouTube/video episodes across multiple platforms. You must have strong experience in filming, editing and producing high quality professional video content and photography.
This new role will underpin their mission, creating content that showcases membership services whilst centralising their current design and production requirements. Their YouTube channel launched in July 2024 and the successful candidate will play a leading role in its production and ongoing development. Their focus this year is to develop this further to ensure that this channel of communication is taken to the next level. Working alongside the team, this is a great opportunity for an experienced designer to amplify the way members currently receive their content. This role is mostly office-based with occasional requirements to travel nationwide to events. They offer a hybrid working policy consisting of 3 days in the office, 2 days remote which is available to all employees.
Responsibilities
- Lead the weekly filming, post-production and daily circulation of the companies YouTube/video episodes across multiple platforms.
- Work in your own small studio space, with video/camera equipment, filming content (like interviews) etc., and then edit the video and create content for the YouTube Channel and push out across other platforms.
- Design and create all branded assets (video, digital and print).
- Branding and creative for all event types (Award ceremonies, member meetings, exhibitions, conferences etc.).
- Member publications: good practice guides, brochures and magazines.
- Promotional flyers and advertisements.
- Training course workbooks.
- Microsoft Office templates: PowerPoint and Word.
- Social media and website graphics and animations.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years’ experience, ideally come from an agency environment as part of a team.
- Degree in graphic design or related subject OR provide a strong portfolio of work.
- Strong experience in filming, editing and producing high quality professional video content and photography.
- Strong experience in designing and producing high quality digital and print-ready assets.
- Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and other market-leading software.
- Experience using YouTube/Vimeo/other market-leading platforms.
- Understanding of Canva, Mailchimp and WordPress (desirable).
- An impressive portfolio of work that demonstrates your design ability to work across numerous communication channels.
