About the role:
We are strengthening our Client Support team and are looking for a dedicated professional to lead and supervise the Client Support Team, ensuring that our clients undergo thorough due diligence while complying with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. You will be responsible for ensuring that the team delivers a high standard of client onboarding and compliance processes, alongside providing leadership, guidance, and support to your team.
As the Client Support Team Leader, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently manage the day-to-day activities of the Client Support Team while overseeing client due diligence (CDD) tasks. You will work closely with the Client Support Manager to ensure that all team activities are aligned with AML and KYC policies and procedures.
Whilst previous experience in a law firm with client onboarding in a compliance role would be advantageous, we will also consider those with financial services client onboarding experience. Previous experience in AML/CDD is essential.
The key characteristics we are looking for is someone with previous experience of supervising a client support team on a day-to-day basis, who has excellent communication and strong attention to detail skills.
