Our client is a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy with over 250 staff, providing expert services in architecture, building surveying, project management, cost consultancy, M&E, structural engineering, and sustainability. They are at the forefront of delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions for the built environment, working with public and private sector clients across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Retrofit Assessor to join their South East London office, focusing on residential retrofit projects across London to improve energy efficiency and sustainability in existing housing stock.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 (DOE).

    • Proficiency in retrofit assessment software and Microsoft Office.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
    • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London.
