In this role you will be expected to perform all aspects of the calibration & workshop activities. You shall be expected to work closely with the Workshop & Calibration Team leader on all aspects of workshop & calibration plus be open to ideas and be proactive in the implementation of future projects. Be able to work independently and as part of a team. Encourage yourself and the team in all aspects of company initiatives from organised meetings to events. Demonstrate and promote the brand values of Endress+Hauser, within and outside of the business.
Main responsibilities:
- Daily work within the Workshop & Calibration lab: Repair and calibration of E+H and 3rd Party instrumentation in a logical and systematic manner ensuring that the instrument is returned to the customer in working order, fully tested and in a clean condition.
- To ensure a timely response to customer requirements.
- Control of workshop spare parts.
- Adhere to the departments standard operating procedures.
- Act in a customer orientated and professional manner at all times.
- Work closely with colleagues on company Health & Safety issues.
- Assist the Calibration Manager & Workshop Team leader in continuous improvements & implementation planning around the Workshop & Lab processes.
- Collaborate with the wider Endress+Hauser business processes.
Qualification + Profile
- Ideally educated to HNC
- Preferably worked in similar environment
- Calibration Experience (Preferred)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong ability to embrace teamwork.
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience working with ISO standards (Preferred)
- Strong collaboration skills
- Highly motivated
